I  have been an interpreter for over 20 years now and a Professional Supervisor since 2015, having been, luckily, part of the first cohort to qualify through 360 Supervision.

I love both my careers and feel lucky that my studies for both found me at the perfect time. As an interpreter I have felt, first hand, the impact the job can have on you and have found supervision has given me the safe space I need to reflect, unpick, explore other perspectives, celebrate the positives, receive praise I truly take on board and the ability to become a better professional. It is a passion that I love to share and becoming a supervisor and being able to offer a safe space to my supervisees is a joy and privilege.
